Overview: NIGUK Ltd's farm is one topmost producer of Exotics agricultural produces in the UK operating six varieties arable crops on sites in Reading and Woodley area Berkshire,  all to a higher grade and standard. 

A vacancy of two Produces Service Attendants available at woodley farm site for suitable applicant(s).


Job Discription

General tasks carried out by a farm attendant:
• Tractor driving
• Land management
• Maintaining farm cleanliness
• Machinery maintenance
• Maintaining a high welfare standard

.Mulching, Pack and packaging.


Rewards and Benefits

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Additional pay: • Bonus scheme • Performance bonus • Company pension
Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekend availability
Experience: 1 year farming (preferred)



Personal Specification

As a General Farm Worker, you will be essential in supporting daily agricultural operations and maintaining the productivity of the farm and welfare of the animals.

Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will utilize core skills such as Crop production, and equipment repair to ensure the smooth functioning of farm activities.

While relevant skills in mechanical knowledge, maintenance, and the use of hand and power tools will enhance operational efficiency.


A valid driving license is required for transporting equipment and supplies across the farm.

Job Title: Overseas Operations Coordinator


Location: UK Outlets, Reading.


Job roles: Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of a company on a global level. Ensuring that the company's operational processes run smoothly and efficiently in all regions of the country, with a focus on optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance. Must have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively manage a team of professionals and drive improvements in processes and performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement global operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of regional operations managers, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operational processes and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities across different functions.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize cost and inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Personal Specification

Prospective candidate should be holder of :

  • Bachelor's in any of  Finance, Business Administration, and Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in global operations management, with a track record of driving operational improvements and managing teams.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex operational issues.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations in operations management, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Reward and Benefits:

Salary - Salary of £55,000 - £59,000 d

Holiday - 25 days paid holiday. 

Working Hours - Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
